This project is located on a plot on the outskirts of the town in contact with a wooded area and a small river at the back.

The building is placed in search of the best orientation respect to the solar trajectory at the same time as it seeks to have the main pieces in relation to the outdoor space and the swimming pool. The T-shape allows the house to be distributed in relation to both the pool and the wood, where the slope is steeper.

As a client’s request, the house is completely distributed on the ground floor. The day area, with a single open space containing the living room, kitchen and dining room, allows to separate the access area from the pool, while the night area has 3 bedrooms in relation to the pool and the studio and other services are located with openings towards the wooded area.
