This is a small apartment that needs to renew its indoor image. The walls and pavements are in good condition, but old, and the distribution is poorly optimized, given the small surface area available. On the other hand, this house has private access to part of the roof of the building, where will also take place some actions to give value to an underused space.

Prior to the intervention, the house has a living-dining room, a kitchen fitted in a very small space, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small room for the heater with access from the bedroom. The project seeks to simplify and regularize the distribution as well as provide better equipment and facilities to the flat. The floor, windows and walls  are renovated while the wooden beams are rest seen in the new living-kitchen-dining space. In the rest of the house a false ceiling is placed for facilities. On the roof, the intervention is based on the clearing of the space and the installation of a new wooden flooring.
